Privacy

We collect as little as we can. If you only read the site, we set no cookies and run no analytics. If you sign up for email, we keep your address to send you what you asked for.

Reading the site

Our pages set no cookies and load no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.

• Hosting. The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and request details to deliver pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Fonts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when a page opens. See Google's privacy policy.
• Saved in your browser. The map remembers which locations you have marked as found, and the site remembers if you closed the signup box or already signed up. This is stored in your own browser (local storage), is never sent to us, and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings or the map's "reset" button.

Signing up for email

When you enter your email address in one of our signup boxes, we collect:

• your email address;
• which signup box you used and the page you were on, so we know which parts of the site are useful;
• the date and time, and whether you confirmed.

We use this only to send you what the box promised: the Leonida Dispatch, our free newsletter of verified GTA 6 news, from its stated first-issue date (daily during launch week, less often after), plus occasional updates about the map and tracker. We do not sell or rent your address, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Confirmation. Nothing is sent until you click the link in our confirmation email. If you don't confirm, you won't hear from us again.

Who processes it. Our email list is run on Kit (Kit, Inc., United States), which stores subscriber details and sends our emails. Kit records whether emails are opened and links are clicked, as most email services do. See Kit's privacy policy. Your data may be processed in the United States.

Legal basis (UK and EU readers): your consent, given when you sign up and confirm. You can withdraw it at any time.

How long. We keep your address while you are subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we stop emailing you straight away and remove your details on request.

Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe with the link at the bottom of every email. One click, no login.
• Access, correction or deletion: email hello@leonidadaily.com and we will act on it within 30 days.
• If you are in the UK or EU, you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Children

Grand Theft Auto VI is rated for adults. Our email list is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use your email address, we tell subscribers by email first.
